Wei Wuxian gets the message, having lost track of time as he watched the sun set and the night sky fill with stars. He stands up and heads back into the house. He walks down the hall and into the room, setting Chenqing down on the desk.
He starts removing his clothes and tosses them over a chair, layer by layer. then he collects his night clothes and heads back out to go get washed up and ready for bed.
In the bathroom he gets cleaned up, changes his clothes and takes the ribbon out of his hair. He doesn't take long but when he comes back to the room he smiles at his partner as he climbs into the bed.
